For varnish Epifanes, no question. IS there any preparation I need do other than sanding with finer and finer grade The combined wisdom would be most xpatula. I’ve used No Nails to glue wooden runners under a tender and it lasted through years of soaking and beaching!

No bubbles if installation is sound What about tek7 as a glue? I only get a login spatla but searched for the words and found what I described. The Screwfix description doesn’t seem to match yours, it’s a single pack low viscosity joint glue according to them.

That’s a definite maybe from me.: For places where varnish won’t survive I use Cuprinol garden furniture spatlua. A gas bubbler is a safety device that allows in line easy leak checks. No recommendation for the glue, but I use le Tonkinois for wood that I want to be shiny.
You press a button on top and it bubbles if there is a gas leak. Once gone off it can be sanded and takes paint. Splendid piece of kit – it’s a leak detector for gas systems. Your version sounds useful. Excellent stuff i know a boat in the Aegean that has had all screwfkx brightwork done in it for the past three years, looks as good as new.
I’ve never tried it but it is a water proof sealant screqfix glue. Never had any luck with this type of glue.
